Purpose

This document provides a detailed guide for users to create a new Practitioner profile and set up their Practitioner Hub on the Be On platform, which allows them to configure various aspects of their business, including client journey templates and teams.

Steps

  1. Accessing the New Practitioner Registration Page: Navigate to https://beonplatform.com. In the upper right corner, click on your profile Avatar and click the Create Practitioner Hub button.

  2. Registration: Users can create a new Practitioner profile by providing a name, description of the business, and tagging an owner of the business. After completing all the fields, they will click the Add Practitioner button.

  3. Setting Up the Practitioner Hub: After creating a Practitioner profile, follow these steps to configure your Practitioner Hub:

    • Profile: Update your business profile with detailed information and professional credentials.

    • Services: Update your business services with detailed information.

    • Team Members: Provide access permissions to other team members to collaborate on client management and journeys.

    • Designer: Customize your digital presence with templates, presets, forms, and fields to support client journeys and reflect your unique approach and services.

  4. Completing the Registration Process: Once your Practitioner Hub is configured, you can start using the platform to manage and expand your wellness practice effectively.

  5. Troubleshooting and Support: If you encounter any issues during the registration process or while setting up your Practitioner Hub, such as difficulties in submitting the registration form or problems in template customization, you can seek assistance from our support team.
